Are you licensed and insured?
 
Yes! We are currently licensed with the California Contractor’s State License Board, by license #795833. For a free report, please visit the Contractor’s State License Board website at or call (800) 321-2752. We are insured with commercial general liability, workers compensation and hired automobile insurance coverage. Evidence of our insurance coverage is available.
 
Do you give free estimates?
 
Yes. We offer a free, in-home estimate by appointment for new installations. For repairs or service calls, a minimum service call fee may apply.
 
Who does the installation?
 
Our trained and skilled employees make up our installation team. To insure utmost quality control and consistency, we do not subcontract our work.
 
If I buy my own material, will you install it?
 
Yes, depending on what the material is. Please call to discuss your project.
 
Do you sell material only that I can install?
 
Yes. Please call to discuss your project.
 
Who handles permits?
 
If a permit is required by the City, County or other governing agency, then either you may handle the permit directly, OR we can handle the permit for you and manage thru final inspection for a minimal fee, plus the actual permit costs.
 
Do you accept credit cards?
 
Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards.
 
Do you offer financing?
 
Yes! We offer unsecured financing (not on your property title) thru the energy-efficiency Approved Contractor Loan Programs as sponsored by the Electric Gas & Industry Association (EGIA) or the Southern California Gas Company program by Volt/Viewtech. The application process is easy and we usually have an answer with 24 hours.
 
I have stucco walls on my home. Can siding be installed on stucco?
 
Yes! Typically, we can go over the stucco walls and use the stucco as another layer of insulation for your home.
 
I have vertical siding and I want to use horizontal siding. Can I do that?
 
Yes! You may use residing as an opportunity for redesigning at the same time.
 
I am very concerned about fire. What is available?
 
We recommend fiber cement or vinyl siding panels with approved fire ratings that meet or exceed most building codes.
 
What is the difference in vinyl or fiber cement siding?
 
Siding types share many benefits, but the products are also different. Make comparisons to determine which material is best for your needs.
 
I don’t want to ever paint my home again. What is available?
 
Both vinyl siding and fiber cement siding materials offer long-term, low maintenance benefits.
 
Do you install a moisture barrier?
 
Yes! Current Building Codes and manufacturer’s specifications require that an approved moisture barrier be installed.
